Himachal Pradesh is going to showcase itself, as a major tourist spot. This event is going to take place from April 22nd to 24th. This event would be first of its kind, that would be held in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
About hundred International and national travel agents will participate in this showcase event.
Department of tourism, Himachal Pradesh has taken up aggressive marketing campaigns over the years, they believe that by associating with travel agents; the tourism department can achieve, a new boost.
The main purpose of organizing this event is to, connect with the Agents of Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, etc.
The event of showcasing Himachal as a major tourist spot is being organised by department of tourism and Civil Aviation.
